Position Summary:


NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data business over the past two years and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business.

Given that shift, we are looking to build our team with world-class team members to help drive business growth to its full potential in this next phase.

This is a great opportunity to help build Bain's largest startup and take NPS Prism into the future.


Prism India Hub Associate will work closely with the local Team Manager, NPS Prism Product Manager, General Manager, Bain Partners, and the Proprietary Data group to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.


Essential Functions:

  • Independently owns the workstreams assigned to the individual and develops client ready visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau with minimum guidance
  • Works with multiple stakeholders, across instruments and workstreams to provide expertise in data management
  • Provides tool based technical expertise to the junior team members when required
  • Builds reusable capabilities that can be used by team members or across service lines
  • Analyze the data using tools like Alteryx
  • Design and execute new benchmarking survey instruments, including assessing data needs and designing the primary research surveys and sample specification
  • Respond to onshore team/client questions around the data and insights
  • Provide ongoing support for subscription customers, such as additional data cuts and responding to questions about the data/methodology
  • Support commercialization efforts, including conducting analysis for proposals and conducting product demos with prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • Work experience: 2+ years of experience in areas related to Data Management, Business Intelligence or Business Analytics. Handson experience in managing endtoend customer surveys, data analysis and visualizations
  • Education Required: Incumbent should be a graduate/post graduate from toptier institute or have pursued a statistical/analytical course from a tier 1 university Preferred: Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred.
Experience Required: 5+ years of in-depth experience with working on Tableau

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx
  • Exceptional analytic and technical skills, including knowledge of market research tools, data science and business intelligence tools,
  • Experience explaining and performing a variety of statistical and data mining techniques
  • Experience developing audienceright high quality presentations Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven selfstarter (comfortable with what could be a remote team) with demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
