Director of Human Resources

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, driving organizational development, and overseeing all aspects of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Drive the implementation of robust HR policies, procedures, and systems to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
- Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and evolving HR trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our HR initiatives and practices.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a highperformance culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of more than 15 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in the Financial Services or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a fastpaced, startup environment, showcasing the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational change.
- Experience working with Executive Committee and Senior Leaders, in regional or global capacity to drive forward a commercially orientated and pragmatic people strategy
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance at all levels.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies and actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and fostering collaboration across the organization.
- Frequent traveling is required.
