Account Specialist

para unirse a nuestro equipo del Kit Digital en Performanze.

Como especialista gestión de cuentas, serás responsable de gestionar proyectos y clientes con el enfoque en hacer crecer las cuentas e integrar acciones 360.


Responsabilidades:


Gestionar de forma simultánea los diferentes proyectos de su cartera de clientes, ideando, desarrollando y ejecutando campañas de marketing efectivas y medibles, adaptadas a sus necesidades.


Asegurar la satisfacción y la calidad en el servicio, procurando una excelente comunicación e interlocución con los clientes durante la ideación, desarrollo y ejecución de planes estratégicos.


Responsable de trabajar junto equipo interno y externo de colaboradores las diferentes tareas involucradas en el desarrollo y ejecución de las campañas de marketing, con el foco de cumplir las fechas acordadas con los clientes.

Estar al día con las tendencias del marketing digital, PPC, SEO, Content, Affiliate entre otros. Así como estrategias de contenido que les permita aportar nuevas soluciones a nuestros clientes

Mantenerse al tanto de las herramientas inteligentes que les ayude a tener una mayor trazabilidad de las acciones de marketing que se ejecutan e identificar de manera más asertiva futuras optimizaciones

Tareas:


Conceptualización, desarrollo, ejecución y seguimiento de una estrategia general de marketing digital dentro de las posibilidades de los servicios del Kit Digital.

Cumplir con los objetivos de comunicación y de negocio establecidos con el cliente. Asegurando satisfacción y calidad del servicio con excelente comunicación

Medición y reporte de KPIs a cliente

Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de marketing integrales

Impulsar el crecimiento de ingresos y cumplir con los objetivos de negocio

Colaboración, organización y delegación tareas a Equipo de Producción

Desarrollar Dashboard Inteligente de control para los proyectos

Reuniones semanales de análisis de KPIs con stakeholders

Planes de acción correctivos o de optimización

Resolver problemas y tomar decisiones rápidas y efectivas para garantizar la continuidad y el éxito del proyecto.

Requisitos:
3+ años de experiencia en marketing, con enfoque en gestión de cuentas y equipos.

Experiencia en la gestión y el crecimiento de cuentas clave.


Conocimiento en herramientas de marketing digital, como CRM, marketing automation, analítica web, SEO, SEM, Contextual y publicidad en redes sociales.

Conocimiento en estrategias de marketing y técnicas de segmentación y targeting.

Conocimiento en análisis de datos y habilidades para medir y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas de marketing.

Habilidades de pensamiento estratégico y analítico.


Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con clientes y trabajar de manera interdepartamental con equipos internos.

Experiencia en la gestión y mentorización de un equipo de profesionales de marketing.


Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos, con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y entregarlos a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.

Se valorará experiencia previa en la gestión de cuentas del Kit Digital
