About the opportunity

Our team is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing IT professionals with a hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration to join our internal IT Support team.

You will be responsible for determining opportunities within our current framework, UI configuration, workflows, and recommended solutions. As well as developing processes within ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation.

We are embarking on an exciting period of growth within the IT group and this role will form an integral part of our new IT strategy for the future.

This role reports to the Deskside Support Manager, Corporate IT.
What you will get to do

  • Perform business and functional analysis and basic configuration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Conduct research and analysis into how we can improve our practices and processes
  • Assist in the development of requirements and design specifications to meet new business needs
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand and convey what needs to change
  • Assist in documenting processes, workflows, user manuals and present to stakeholders as necessary
  • Run workshops and training sessions on SNOW for the internal team if required
  • Determine opportunities within our current framework, UI configuration, workflows and recommend solutions
  • Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation
  • Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
  • Configure outofthebox workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
  • Conduct staff training on new procedures
  • Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals
  • Prepares reports on analyses

Skills and experience we value

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow/ITIL
  • Good handson knowledge of data modelling and ability to identify issue through data modelling.
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of Azure/Okta
  • Basic understanding of Network and Server infrastructure
  • Any IT Industry Qualifications would be an advantage
  • Proficient in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom app
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships
