Your qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of software development experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Developer, Software Engineer in Test).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in an agile environment.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably managing engineers.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to attract, recruit, retain top talent and act as a mentor and advocate for employees.
  • Strategic mindset with operational and tactical agility.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience in the Finance/Payroll sector.
  • Good grasp of software architecture and networking concepts.
  • Experience in driving organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and protection regulations such as GDPR.
