Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach potential customers in public areas, such as streets, malls, events, or other hightraffic locations, to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, promoting our products or services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product or service recommendations.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and be able to address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a knowledgeable and persuasive manner.
  • Utilize sales techniques, such as upselling, crossselling, and closing strategies, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using designated tools or systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to develop sales strategies, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings to remain competitive and provide superior customer service.
  • Represent the company's brand and maintain a professional and positive image in all customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales guidelines, code of conduct, and compliance regulations.
  • Take surveys and feedbacks as conveyed by the concerned department.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customerfacing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales deals.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and proactively seek out sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and handle rejection or setbacks.
  • Ability to work on foot, stand for extended periods, put up kiosks and navigate different locations and environments.
  • Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and sales reporting.
