PositionOverview:

We are seekinga dynamic and passionate Assistant Resort Manager to oversee theFood & Beverage Front Office and Restaurant departments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamlessoperations exceptional guest experiences and a supportiveenvironment for our employees. This role requires strong leadershipskills attention to detail and a commitment to deliveringoutstanding service across multiple areas of theresort.

KeyResponsibilities:

Hasslefree Checkin &Checkout:
Streamline checkin andcheckout processes to minimize guest waittimes.
Coordinate with frontoffice staff to ensure efficient handling of guest arrivals anddepartures.

Room Readiness &Upsell/Crosssell:
Work closelywith housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms areprepared on time and to the higheststandards.
Implement strategiesto upsell and crosssell resort amenities and services to enhanceguest experience andrevenue.

Employee Experience:


Conducttimely training sessions for food & beverage front officeand restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with necessaryskills and knowledge.

Regularlyreview employee performance and provide constructive feedback tosupport their growth anddevelopment.

Vendor Experience:
Identifysuitable vendors for food beverages and other supplies required forresort operations.
Negotiate withvendors to secure the best rates and quality of products ensuringcosteffectiveness without compromising onstandards.

Property Experience:
Managecredit systems and payment schedules with vendors and suppliers tomaintain smooth operations.
Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms property areasand restaurant facilities adhering to hygiene and safetystandards.

Food & Beverage Operations (Including Restaurant and RoomService):

Supervise food& beverage staff to ensure efficient service delivery andexceptional dining experiences for guests in the restaurant andthrough room service.

Collaboratewith the culinary team to maintain highquality food standards anddevelop seasonal menus.
Monitorinventory levels and order supplies to meet demand while minimizingwaste.
Ensure compliance withhealth and safety regulations in food preparation and serviceareas.

Guest Feedback:
Implement systemsto collect guest feedback and reviews ensuring timely responses andappropriate action plans.
Analyzeguest feedback data to identify areas for improvement and implementstrategies to enhance guestsatisfaction.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldpreferred.

34 Years experience ina supervisory role within the hospitality industry with a focus onFood & Beverage Front Office and Restaurantoperations.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Strong leadershipabilities with a customercentricapproach.
Ability to multitaskprioritize and problemsolve in a fastpacedenvironment.
Proficiency inrelevant software applications such as property management systemsand Microsoft Officesuite.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management orrelated field preferred Years experience in a supervisoryrole within the hospitality industry, with a focus on Food &Beverage, Front Office, and Restaurant operations.
