Job Summary

The Global Finance Strategy team is seeking a Digital Tech Support Analyst ( Digital Product Owner) who can work with Business stakeholders and Engineering team to support the Global finance data platform for multiple business use cases across Global Finance.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India

What you will do

Delivering technical roadmaps on business processes and applications to support business objectives, standards, and processes.
Analyzing business requirements, current technical gaps needed to support business strategies and expectations.
Playing a key role in conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution.
Communicating about client feedback to technology teams in order to improve deliverables and meet business requirements.

What you will have

The candidate must have 4+ years of experience in performing business and data analysis in implementing large scale data platform and system integration
The candidate must have 4+ Snowflake SQL experience in performing data analysis and building data reports
Experience in creating UX wireframes/mock ups
Strong understanding of SDLC methodology (Waterfall and Agile) and project management skills
Experience in creating business process flow and data flow diagrams
Ability to perform functional testing and coordinate with UAT testers to drive the data platform testing phase
Strong written and communication skill to elicit requirement from business stakeholders
Strong analytics thinking and problem solving. Knowledge in Accounting and Finance domain
Knowledge in Excel and PowerBI
Experience in JIRA/Azure Devops/ Confluence Accounting and Finance Domain Experience 4+ years of SQL experience
Experience in Software Development - Agile methodology. Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) MBA in Finance, Accounting and Operation or BCom/MCom or Computer Science

Level Working Knowledge:

Monitors systems after interventions to confirm success and to diagnose new or remaining problems.
Analyzes the dynamics of a system to determine key characteristics, properties, and functions.
Attributes systemic problems correctly to interpersonal dynamics when appropriate.
Escalates systemic problems that impede group performance.
Surfaces problems within systems and searches for root causes.
