We are looking for a dynamic team player with a sharp analytic approach to join our Global Human Capital Insights team. Your role will involve providing regular and on-demand support for reporting, analyzing data to recognize trends, creating visual representations, and deriving valuable insights for our company leaders. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you will engage with various business partners. The focus will be on streamlining tasks through automation, enhancing efficiency, and upholding data precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, internal business clients, data providers, and Technology to grasp reporting needs and capabilities
  • Generate precise and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations on human capital data like Headcount, Turnover, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity, Learning, and Talent Management
  • Develop and schedule routine and on-demand queries from diverse HR systems such as Workday, Workday Prism Analytics, Cornerstone, and Oracle SQL Developer
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance standards concerning employee data
  • Suggest enhancements for improved data precision, standardization, and automation
  • Conduct audits to validate data accuracy and integrity across databases and systems
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR projects, offering necessary employee data support
  • Create and manage comprehensive documentation of processes and reports

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in MS Excel
  • Hands-on experience in managing large data sets and constructing models in Excel using formulas/macros
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities
  • Capable of grasping and interpreting client needs and proposing product solutions
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results with a keenness for learning new concepts and skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in report generation using Workday, Prism Analytics, and/or Cornerstone
  • Familiarity with Excel VBA, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
  • Knowledge of US payroll and benefit reporting
