Major Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with prominent talents in the industry.
  • Ensuring the talent has been successfully onboarded.
  • Maintaining a robust roster of top talents.
  • Maintain and update a tracker to record the ongoing, completed and upcoming projects for each talent.
  • Maintain and update a revenue tracker to record the billings and profit earned per talent.
  • Support and manage endtoend collaboration and association of the talent.
  • Be present on the set/on location with the talent whenever needed (includes weekends/ holidays etc.)
  • Liaise and execute projects with crossfunctional teams internally such as Integrated Solutions, Creative, Schbang Motion Pictures and Business Development etc.
  • Serve as an advocate to the talents internally and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintaining constant communication between the client/s and the talent and ensuring to receive categorical feedback and making sure the communication loop is closed between both parties.
  • Ensuring to maintain good relationships with existing talents as well as potential talents.
  • Keeping abreast with industry trends and identifying new talents in the industry and accordingly networking.
  • Ensuring the payments to the talents are released on time by coordinating and following up with the accounts team.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports to share a consolidated update with the talent as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively maintaining a database of all talents onboarded as well as potential talents.
  • Servicing the client and pushing back when needed.
