- Overall knowledge in H2R process globally
- Knowledge of HR Transformation levers like RPA,
- Analytics & Insights, HR Benchmarks, Power BI
- Dashboards and so on
- Have exposure to UK/US/Europe hr processes.
- Strong focus on service and working in a service
- Good understanding of WFA and HR admin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
