Job Description :

6+ years of SuccessFactors integration experience needed with deep knowledge in CPI.

Job responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain integration points and data flows, and support and enhance the accuracy of global data across systems and applications.
  • Design systems and integration rules leveraging Azure Synapse integration and database technologies including a mixture of cloud and on premises solutions.
  • Propose and develop ideas to enhance integration between systems.
  • Tackling tasks : Responsibility for the integration of SAP SuccessFactors within our IT System landscape

Taking responsibility :
Evaluating, implementing and ensuring a stable data integration and replication between SAP SuccessFactors and the different systems, e.g., Payroll, Xledger Finance, CRM, Active Directory, Mobile APP

Required Qualifications/ Skills :

Qualification :
Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification

Certification :
Certified in SAP Integration Suite

Experience : 6+ years of integration development experience with global implementation

Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, XML, SFTP, BTP, ABAP, BIB, ALE, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, ODATA and/or SOAP/REST.

Clarity of security concepts - SSL and PGP encryptions etc.

  • Prefer to have experience in Groovy scripts and XSLT Mapping.
  • Extensive experience integrating and reconciling data from numerous sources.
  • Ability to constantly reevaluate integration parameters, thinking outside the box to solve complex data challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with large system implementations.
  • Working within an Agile/DevOps Framework.
  • Solid understanding of global IT infrastructure and data design principles.
  • Must have knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit.
  • Language skills : Good command of English.
  • Personality : Team player with good communication skills
