The NEOM Helios project is the largest and one of the most complex capital projects for Air Products and is transformational for the organization and beyond.

The first industrial-scale mega project that will provide a green energy carrier worldwide to contribute to the industry's decarbonization.

This position's complexity is derived from the size of this project with a high amount of executing parties, engineering offices, material suppliers, and construction sites at the same time.


  • NEOM Green Hydrogen EPC Project includes:
  • 2,500 MW (*) solar power plant.
- a 1,250 MW (*) wind farm.
- battery storage facilities for power storage.
- an electrical grid system to connect the various facilities and (back-up) connection(s) to the primary electrical grid.
- a 2,2 GW (*) hydrogen electrolysis plant.
- a 103,000 Nm3 (*) per hour (N2) air separation unit (ASU);
- hydrogen and nitrogen storage facilities.
- nameplate capacity of 1.4 Mtpa (*) green ammonia plant and storage; and
- a maritime offloading facility including a connection to the ammonia storage facility


This position, Administrator - Commercial Contracts, NEOM Helios project, is responsible for the administration of contracts for the NEOM Green Hydrogen and HIDC projects.


  • This individual will ensure the effective delivery of the requirements of the contract including billing and invoicing and support to the preparation of claims and change management.
  • The position reports to the Manager, Commercial Execution, Equipment Sales and Plant Support, and, for execution of the NEOM Helios project, is responsible to the Senior Commercial Manager, NEOM Green Hydrogen Project.
    III. NATURE AND SCOPE


The Equipment Sales & Plant Support business area is responsible for global Equipment and After Sales Services to third party customers and AP joint ventures.


  • Air Products' goal is to have a "focused and selective" Equipment Sales and After Sales Services business that proactively supports the company's competitiveness and growth initiative. Specifically, this business provides a broad range of cryogenic and noncryogenic new plant offerings for large industrial gas plants, and equipment used for gas separations in the oil and gas, refining, power, chemicals, mining, and other industries. Technologies can include large ASUs, SYNGAS separation for H2 and CO production, Nitrogen rejection units and Helium recovery equipment for EOR/ and natural gas processing projects, or other gas separations using Air Products expertise.
  • In addition, ESPS is the commercial lead for Air Products' delivery of EPC or equipment sale projects to partners and joint ventures and world scale megaprojects.
  • The NEOM Helios project, the keystone of Air Products' green hydrogen and green ammonia investment ambitions, requires a dedicated Commercial Management team throughout the execution phase

  • As required, provide support to other equipment sale and EPC projects as directed by the Manager, Commercial Execution.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business administration
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate and work with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient use of administrative software packages i.e. MS Word, Excel etc. Experience with document control packages like Aconex a plus.
  • Independent worker and comfortable working with remote/multinational teams across locations and timezones.
