Our Associate Partner - Executive Search Services (Hyderabad) is a management professional with career in management that has made serious impact in the organizations that they have served. You are an independent professional focused on serving your clients by helping them build leadership teams of substance. You take a lot of satisfaction in helping professionals find their next career challenge. You are not person who needs someone looking over your shoulder to ensure you engage our key accounts and help create value for our clients.

The Opportunity:

This person will be responsible for hunting new business in the Hyderabad and South Region market for Shhyfft Consulting Group. For this role, you will need to have a proven track record of winning new business and the ability to manage sales from qualification to closing a deal. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, will be hands-on and work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with the Shhyfft leadership team.

You will have the opportunity to build your own book of business and gain market share, while delivering an exceptional client experience. Much of the directive will be achieved through using existing personal networks, hunting for new connections and establishing sustainable client relationships.

How you'll make an impact

  • Create strategies to develop new customer relationships and achieve annual personal revenue target
  • Build clientele who recognize you as a trusted business advisor
  • Leverage your experience across a variety of projects to develop comprehensive solutions that exceed our clients' expectations
  • Apply a consultative approach to help build awareness of the Shhyfft Consulting's Executive Search Services and position the firm for growth

About you:

  • A Management professional with strong listening skills – the ability to listen, build relationships, communicate, connect and influence within the client environment and our team setting
