Job Description

Microsoft and InMobi have formed a strategic alliance. InMobi is set to become the exclusive partner for Microsoft's search inventory. Microsoft Search Advertising empowers major advertisers globally to unleash their full potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. InMobi will oversee the complete management and transactions across Bing in this partnership.

We are in search of an Account Manager with proficiency in search advertising, an eye for detail, customer-centricity, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an Account Strategists team and support the Account Management Head to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. As an Account Manager, you will cater to corporate clients by prioritizing customer needs, cultivating strong, trusted relationships with key contacts, and focusing on revenue goals, feature adoption, and client-driven objectives.

Role Requirements and Expectations:

  • Pursue optimizations to meet quota expectations: Identify and leverage opportunities for budget upsells and campaign optimization that align with client ROI objectives, driving revenue growth and providing valuable feedback for improving tactics.
  • Be an enthusiastic advocate of the Bing Story: Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform, its features, and how they can aid in achieving business objectives, while continuously updating your knowledge on emerging products and features.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing account team: Proactively address customer escalations, partner effectively with internal teams, and provide feedback on product and process improvement to drive operational excellence.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional growth: Enhance your expertise in Bing Ads and the search industry, take ownership of your career development, and stay updated on relevant trainings to foster personal and professional growth.

What is Expected of You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and Service.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising and various models such as CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate across functional areas.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to understand client needs, create customized pitches, and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in navigating complexities related to client management and storytelling skills for engaging presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of the search industry, trends, and customer needs.
  • Passion for technology as a driver of customer and company growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Organized critical thinker capable of making decisions based on clear priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and processes and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bing Ads Certification.
  • Experience in using Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
