Service Manager Industry - Healthcare Services Location:Ahmedabad


Job Summary The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving healthcare services for our clients (doctors n hospitals).

This role includes managing staff, optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. *Operational Management*- Oversee daily operations of healthcare services to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery. 2. *Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare staff including administrative personnel, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. 3. *Patient Care and Satisfaction
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained at all times.
  • Handle patient complaints and feedback, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve overall patient experience. 4. *Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations and implement necessary changes. 5. *Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and control expenditures, identifying areas for costsaving without compromising quality.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management. 6. *Quality Improvement
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare service delivery.
  • Use data and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to achieve targets. 7. *Technology and Systems Management
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare information systems.
  • Ensure that staff are adequately trained on new systems and technologies.
  • Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve patient care. #### Qualifications *Education* : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Experience*: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred. *Skills* : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in healthcare regulations and standards, strong financial acumen, and familiarity with healthcare information systems.


Work Environment - The role primarily involves working in a healthcare facility, which may include hospitals, clinics, or specialized care centers.
