About Us:
Solinas is a deep-tech IITM start-up where we develop robotic solutions for the pipeline and sanitation industry, solving problems of water leakages and eliminating manual scavenging.
Solinas products are being designed for Indian challenges with products like short-range & long-range pipeline inspection and robotic cleaning of Septic Tanks.
We have received numerous awards, including the one by honourable prime minister Narendra Modi as well as from the honourable chief minister of TN, Thiru.
MK Stalin.About the Role:
Solinas is looking for a Marketing Designer, video producer and visual storytelling person.
This role will be responsible for concepting and producing multimedia, customer facing content to support the marketing and branding team.
Serving as the primary source for end-to-end video production and graphic designs for sales and marketing assets, you will help develop and style engaging content that conveys Solinas's expertise and vision while providing a consistent and elevated brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with Marketing team and appropriate stakeholders develop brand aligned marketing and sales assets including but not limited to: Social Media Graphics, Motion Videos etc
Marketing Campaign Collateral:
Email and Landing Page designs, White Papers, Explainer Videos, Blog assets,etc
Sales Assets:
One Pager, Customer Presentations, Case Studies, Customer Testimonials, Demo Videos, etc
Brand Assets:
Website UI & UX Prototypes, Brand Guide, etc.
Assist all aspects of creating original video and design content, from pre-production, production, and post-production.
To include creative brief development, coordinating/communicating with stakeholders, storyboarding, selecting graphic elements, audio/color correction, music selection, editing, deployment, version control and storage management.
Through cross-functional relationships, partner closely with subject matter experts across the organization to identify opportunities to tell compelling stories through video and design that will support marketing and overall business objectives a build a healthy pipeline of video and design assets.
Qualifications:2-3 years of video editing and design experienceGreat written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.Strong collaborator & team player with the ability to shift from project to project as deadlines ariseAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, and PhotoshopExpert in all aspects of post-production workflows and finishing including, editing, color & audio correction, typography, captions, vector/motion graphics, compression guidelines, etc.
Follow & understand the company's brand guidelines and maintain brand guidelines as the company evolves.Understanding of both digital and print design needs and best practices.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a design-focused field.
B2B and technology industry experience.
Experience with other design tools:
Adobe creative suite (Must - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) Figma, and any other tools that contributes for designing etc.
Understanding of social media best practices for posting assets in various channels.Ability to shoot.
