House of D Property Developers Private Limited, a dynamic startup in Chennai, is seeking an experienced Architect or Interior Designer with a strong background in architecture and an MBA qualification for a marketing and business development role.

The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise, creative vision, and business acumen to drive business growth, build client relationships, and enhance our market presence, with a focus on developing our company's interior design and construction business.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our property development, interior design, and construction services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market reach in the interior design and construction sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in both interior design and construction.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate our design vision and project value.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and project goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster professional relationships.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, and media contacts as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and business development activities, making datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction in the interior design and construction segments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, with demonstrated interest or experience in marketing and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture, interior design, and construction industries, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and business development plans.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and graphic design software.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification or membership in a recognized architecture or interior design association.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with local real estate and property development markets in Chennai.
