What is the role?


Growth Marketers are the face and voice of our brand, spearheading the acquisition, building, and engagement of our user community across diverse platforms.

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth through both organic user acquisition and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop growth hypotheses to define gotomarket strategies for new business concepts developed by the team, incorporate insights from design, product, and commercial workstreams.
  • Conduct marketfacing experiments to validate key assumptions surrounding market gaps, value propositions, and growth metrics such as conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, research and product to evaluate customer lifetime values and customer acquisition costs for new products/services.
  • Identify potential channel partners to reach and acquire customers to drive sustainable growth in pace with product roadmap.
  • Establish and track growth metrics for ventures, support the refinement and execution of gotomarket strategies postlaunch.
  • Moderate user content across community platforms to maintain brand standards
  • Engage users through original posts, polls, AMAs, and other interactive content.
  • Analyze community metrics and sentiment to guide growth strategy
  • Identify and address concerns, complaints, or toxicity from users.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team on community initiatives and campaigns.
  • Keep pace with gaming and pop culture trends relevant to our audience
  • Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism across all platforms.

We are looking for a Growth Associate with the following:

  • You should be a hard core gamer who loves to play games every day (2-3 hours), have participated in game events, curious to relate the Splore problem with yourself, have handled/managed gaming community on any social media platform in the past.

  • You excel in navigating ambiguity, making decisive decisions in dynamic environments. Have a natural ability to stay ahead of industry trends ensures Splore's ongoing prominence in the gaming and technology landscape.

Your talent extends to managing the creative process of others, facilitating impactful brainstorming sessions, and projecting how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace.
