This also means our team's aggression needs to double every 3-4 months, pushing boundaries and redefining success.

Each member responsible for driving a minimum of USD 1 Million in monthly business.
Emphasis on vertical growth, with minimal overlap in responsibilities.
We operate from a central office location to facilitate collaborative action, recognizing that tight growth requires cohesive teamwork. Therefore, in-office presence is mandatory.

About the Role

As a member of our team, your role would be split into two parts.

Part 1:

Managing Growth ChannelsYou'll forge key partnerships with digital apps, enabling them to showcase NIRA's advertisements to their extensive user base.

From small-scale to widely-used applications, you'll captivate users' interest, driving downloads of the NIRA app for their financial needs.
An individual adept at sales and relationship-building.

Drive channel growth by at least 15% month on month, with peaks of up to 25%.Responsible for growing digital partnerships for NIRA.Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and take action on feedback.

This would constitute approximately 30-50% of your time.

Part 2: Driving sustained business growthThis portion of your responsibilities would be more dynamic, with you taking charge ofAddressing disruptions caused by scale or process changes.

Identifying opportunities for improvement within the current user funnel.
Perform market analysis to comprehend market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
Serve as a strong advocate for our customers within the organization. Work closely with other teams to ensure the customer's viewpoint is integrated into our processes, content, and data.

Generate, evaluate, and expand new acquisition channels (both organic and paid).Collaborate with operations to enhance team efficiency through the development of processes and tools.

Managing the entire process of developing initiatives from inception, including launching new growth avenues, features, and products.
