Executive - Tendering / Bidding

  • To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
  • To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities.
  • Preparing Tender as per the technocommercial scope of work given in tenders.
  • To coordinate customer's bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers.
  • To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission.
  • To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
  • To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer's tender requirements.
  • Timely submission of all tenders. RFQs raised. Bid Projects Documentation.
  • Followup of a bid, prepare online & offline tender inquiry *Understanding of tender management process.
  • To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization & dispatch.
  • Tenders and Liasoning process can coordinate with govt. Officials, pending payment and collection followup, MIS reports, online/ offline searching of tenders, etc.
  • Should be good at Rate analysis and quantity survey will give additional preference.
  • To work within the Tendering Department and Project Team to develop a tender strategy.
  • Preparation of Technical Bid for different government departments.

SKILLS SET:

  • Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision
  • Strong knowledge of Mathematics, Data Analysis and Statistical Methods
  • Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
  • Ability to work well with others, strong initiative and willing to accept additional responsibilities

EDUCATION:

Any bachelor's degree / an associate degree
