Position Title: Relationship Manager

Location: For Central Mumbai (Dadar & Shiwri) / Navi Mumbai (Vashi & Ghansoli)

Salary: 7-8 Lakh PA CTC + Incentives on Sponsorship Mobilisation

Gender: Open. (Female candidate, only if willing to travel for overnight outbound stay)

Age limit: 38-50

Qualification: Graduate is a must. PG in Administration would be preferred

Reporting: To Chairman and Secretary / Treasurer

Important: Must be fluent in Marathi

Key Deliverables: -


• Organise the venue for monthly chapter meetings &overnight outbound –


• Ensure critical aspects are made available. Like PA, projector, screen, breakfast, etc.


• Settle the accounts, and keep record.


• Record the MOM of the chapter meetings, prepare actionable and execute them.


• Follow up with visitors for their balance sheet & fees.


• Maintain a database of visitors for future reference as well as for other Elite Chapters.


• Collect membership renewal fees on time.


• Maintain accounts -Income & expenditure.


• Coordinate with Digital Marketing Vendor for regular updates and posting on social media.


• Organise webinars, workshops, evening discussion events.

Essentials: - Must be fluent in Marathi. Willing to travel within the city as well as for overnight outbounds. Willing to attend monthly meetings twice a month, early in the mornings. Must have organized events in the past. He should be a cool person. A liaison quality would be an added advantage.
