Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing Service Contract documentation for accurate entry into company systems.
  • Managing contracts including processing new contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Reviewing and billing services for equipment not under contract.
  • Verifying billing accuracy based on quotes or promotions.
  • Ensuring services reported by Field Engineers are accurate before billing.
  • Following up on credit department requests.
  • Handling customer file controls and internal trackers accurately.
  • Creating new accounts when necessary.
  • Having knowledge of correct invoicing catalog numbers by product and region.
  • Managing incoming calls and addressing inquiries internally and externally.


Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Language:
Proficiency in English (oral and written)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (9-hour shift)
Shift: 5:30 pm – 5:30 am IST

Experience:
2 years in Order to Cash/Invoicing/Accounts Receivable
International voice calling experience

Skills:
Knowledge of payment and credit cycles.
Analytical thinking abilities
High attention to detail
Problem-solving skills for customer accounts
Customer-focused mentality (internal and external)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Service-oriented approach with a deep understanding of organizational accounts
