Position Overview: This job is for a Sales Manager role at a well-established company. The main responsibility of this role is to lead a team of tele sales representatives, drive sales targets, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To deliver MOM sales Budget under Lap and BIL with tele sale team
  • Drive team to reduce TAT by improving efficiency and reducing errors
  • Ensure proper conduct, nil mis-selling, and handle sales complaints effectively
  • Implement strict controls to monitor product sourcing according to guidelines
  • Prevent instances of fraud risk and maintain quality control
  • Contribute significantly to the Bank's CSR initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure team compliance and performance adherence. Develop and execute strategies to drive the right sales culture and practices, manage operational quality, and continuously improve sales efforts.

Business Focus:

  • Deliver budgeted sales targets and enhance sales productivity
  • Focus on customer needs-based selling and relationship building
  • Drive area sales strategy, create sales opportunities, and evaluate their effectiveness

Processes:

  • Ensure compliance with governance and operational risk standards
  • Adhere to anti-money laundering procedures and report any suspicious activities
  • Comply with audit and compliance requirements

People & Talent Management:

  • Coach and engage team members, manage performance effectively, and identify potential sales leaders
  • Constantly upgrade people management skills and manage salesforce attrition

Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with HR and training standards, maintain zero tolerance for risk breaches
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Key stakeholders:

  • Customers: New-to-Bank Affluent and Emerging affluent Clientele, along with inactive portfolio activation if mandated by the bank
