Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Associate (3 months contract)

Location:
Bangalore, Karnataka

Function:
Human Resources

DESCRIPTION:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate coordination among teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Handle induction schedules and oversee joining formalities.
  • Generating Reports: Assist in creating reports from collected data and metrics to highlight recruitment efforts for management, presenting the information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordination in HR activities: Assist the HR department in coordinating various HR tasks, including administrative work, employee engagement, and other HRrelated activities.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers and closing the hiring process successfully

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Undergraduate's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong knowledge in excel, word, power point and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Clientfocused approach and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Being proactive, following up and eager to learn

COMMITMENTS:

  • Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday
  • Friday. Additional hours as needed.
  • Willing to work in shifts as and when needed.
