Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the organization's staffing needs and goals.

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position's responsibilities and qualifications.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional associations, to source and attract qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates and identify and assess their skills, experience, and cultural fitment and make recommendations to hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals for future staffing needs
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and proactively recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless document verification, and onboarding process for new hires and facilitate effective communication between new employees and their managers.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to management.
Consistently meet the defined performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
