As a Business Development Manager specializing in manpower security and personal services, you will lead the charge in expanding our presence in the security and personal services industry.

You'll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet the security needs of our clients.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:


Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential client segments within the manpower security and personal services industry.

Develop strategic business development plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach efforts, networking events, and industry conferences.

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their security needs and position our services as viable solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.

Solution Development and Customization:


Collaborate with internal teams to design and customize manpower security and personal services solutions that align with client requirements and expectations.

Utilize a consultative approach to understand client pain points and propose innovative solutions that address their specific needs.

Proposal Preparation and Contract Negotiation:
Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
Lead negotiations to secure favorable contract terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.

Partnership Development:


Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary service providers, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.

Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and leverage mutual resources for business development opportunities.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:


Monitor sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and analyze key performance metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into market trends, sales forecasts, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the manpower security and personal services industry.

Strong understanding of security services, including manned guarding, executive protection, and personal security.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
