Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and conducting market research to explore new business opportunities.
  • Support the business development team in preparing and delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to draft proposals, quotes, and contracts for new projects.
  • Aid in the development and execution of strategic plans to expand the company's client base.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape and make recommendations to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to generate insights that drive decision-making and business growth.
  • Support in coordinating and attending networking events and conferences to represent the company and create valuable connections.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive business development initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Basic understanding of business concepts, market dynamics, and sales principles.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and presentation tools to create compelling materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A portfolio or previous project work related to business development would be advantageous.

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
