Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a strong pipeline of new projects.
- Build quality and competitive proposals.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals.
- Constantly provide suggestions and improve bidding by learning the latest trends.
- Communicate and present effectively to all the client levels.
- Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies.
Desired Skills
- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You are a hunter with a passion for bidding and new business opportunities
- Salesdriven, analytical, creative, and resultoriented.
- Ability to thrive in an intensely competitive and dynamic market.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Should have English proficiency
Salary:
₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
