Customer Success Expert

Translate By Humans is looking for a highly-organised, fast-learning and dedicated Inbound Sales Expert with great work ethics to tend to customer needs and ensure smooth cooperation.
- **Daily Client inquiries** on the Zoho desk which includes all kinds of services (Translation, Subtitling, Interpretation, Transcription, and Voice over).-
Understanding the type of inquiry, responding to them on time, and in a service oriented manner.

Getting on a client call as and when needed to build client relationships.
- Price and quote client(s) to win new projects and maintain profit margins.
Be the point of contact between the client and internal team.

Be responsible for accurately conveying the client's requirements to the projects team.

Tracking and reporting on project progress to the client as needed.

Review the deliverables before sending them to the client(s).
Sending final files and getting feedback from the client(s).
- Detailed knowledge and
ability to handle client queries and communicate them to the Projects team.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships with existing and new client accounts through regular communication, reports, and strategic development plans.
Requirements:
-
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred.

Experience: - 2 years of relevant experience in the Localisation industry as a Business Development Executive or Client Relationship Executive.
- Should be
willing to work in UK shift 1 PM to 10 PM IST. - Proficiency in utilizing enterprise
tools such as CRM, CAT tools, and Understanding of Localisation file formats.* - Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Team worker and ready to meet client's expectations as promised (This includes working on weekends - if needed and urgent).
- Additional language skills will be an advantage and should have Customer Service abilities.
- A proactive approach to work in a timesensitive work environment and dynamic to learn new things.
