What are we looking for?

Tars is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for the US market to join our Sales Team and leverage your Saa S sales experience to drive growth through new client relationships.

What will you do?
Manage and respond to incoming inbound and outbound lead requests.
Partner with Account Managers in identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Manage sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue.
Ensure quarterly quotas are reached and exceeded.
Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives.

Present Tars Conversational AI Solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques working closely with our Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers.

Who is a good fit?
3+ years of dedicated experience in full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications for the US Market.
Overall experience of 5 to 10 years.
A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
Ability to work and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Willingness to work across time zones.
A pro-active, independent thinker with a high energy/ positive attitude
Ability to work internally across multiple departments (globally)
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
