Role Overview:

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Recruiter to provide support across the entire recruitment process, encompassing Sourcing, Job Posting, Resume Review, Screening, Interviewing, and Hiring.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Encourage the establishment of active candidate pipelines for challenging and high-volume positions
  • Utilize Job Boards, obtain leads, and referrals effectively
  • Stay current with the latest technologies to screen candidates efficiently
  • Handle daily issue resolutions and ensure adequate job order coverage
  • Assess recruiter metrics regularly against predefined benchmarks
  • Set individual and team performance targets and monitor productivity
  • Review recruiters' system usage on a daily basis to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing
  • Previous experience with direct hires, Contract, and contract-to-hire roles
  • Experience with Direct clients, State/ Federal clients, and Tier 1 Vendors
  • Willingness to learn new methodologies and embrace challenges
  • Familiarity with job portals like Dice and Monster
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques with job portals and social media
  • Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and a history of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Positive Attitude & Team Player mindset
  • Any Degree OR PG
