We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Director to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Overview


• Drive management of Biometrics and Data Sciences operations consistent with company/organizations

strategy and goals, including delivery management, client management and people management


• Ensure implementation of methodologies/ processes to enable high standards of delivery


• Contribute to company strategy, business plan and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and promote use of consistent, efficient and quality processes to meet timelines and deliverables
  • according to requirements and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance of operations with governing regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to new solutions and initiatives related to real world data analytics, modelling, simulation and
  • digitization
  • Handle all resource projections and manage resource requirements and utilization for all service delivery activities
  • Support executive management on all aspects of execution and business development
  • Create, maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service
  • Guide training, career development, line management processes and ensure ethical practices within the team
  • Liaise with counterparts from other functional groups to continually assess and improve cross-departmental
  • operational processes and quality
  • Promote and participate in the development and coordination of global strategic, technical, and operational
  • initiatives. Works with counterparts to update, develop and implement harmonized Actu-Real SOPs
  • Define resource specifications, hire and prepare resources for deployment on client account delivery teams
  • Provide support to Business Development and participate in client presentations to provide general and/or client
  • specific overviews of Actu-Real Biometrics capabilities
  • Develop goals for department to continually enhance productivity and quality and actively contribute to the
  • strategic decision-making process and impetus to achieve the corporate goals

Technical requirements

  • Good understanding of practice area including regulatory/ compliance requirements and ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Good understanding of all aspects of drug development and clinical research and how it is linked to Real World
  • Evidence
  • Thorough understanding of safety, efficacy reporting for clinical trials, experience on real world observational/post
  • marketing studies
  • Knowledge of all aspects of managing offshore delivery in a global model
  • Focus on quality, proactive and analytical thinking
  • Strong critical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work across various domains
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple and varied tasks, prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Effective time management to meet objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
