  • Should have skills of which will enable them to understand and resolve issues.
  • Analyze the cause of the problem and resolve the same.
  • Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer records, handling complaints, and providing product or service information.
  • Implementing customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate Freshers in any stream can apply.
  • Age minimum 20 years to maximum 30 years.
  • Good Communication skills both written and spoken (English, Hindi and must know either of these languages Kannad, Telugu, Malayalam, Odia).
