What You'll Do

As a Market Research Analyst at SolvEdge, you will dive deep into the healthcare software Market to gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights. Your work will be Instrumental in shaping our product strategy, competitive positioning, and marketing Initiatives.

Your primary duties include:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Market Analysis: Collect and analyze data on the overall market, competitors, and customers, turning this information into actionable insights, Reports, and presentations.
  • Design and Implement Surveys: Understand business objectives to design surveys that capture prospective customers' preferences accurately.
  • Analyze Data: Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data using both modern and traditional methods.
  • Perform SWOT Analysis: Conduct thorough SWOT analyses to understand our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the market.
  • Formulate Reports and Recommendations: Translate data findings into clear reports and make informed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of competitors' market offerings, sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional tactics.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with market trends, third-party research, and best practices to ensure our market research efforts are leading-edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Market Research Analyst.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to multi-task, analyze large data sets, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent command over statistical packages, SAAS, databases, and MS Office. Familiarity with search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
  • Research Methodology: Good understanding of various data collection methods like polls, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Healthcare Market Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge of healthcare B2B markets will be considered an advantage.
  • Critical Thinking: Robust analytical and critical thinking skills to assess data and market trends accurately.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
