Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Market Analysis: Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Design and Implement Surveys: Create surveys tailored to capture accurate information on customer preferences based on business objectives.
  • Analyze Data: Utilize modern and traditional methods to compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data effectively.
  • Perform SWOT Analysis: Conduct detailed SWOT analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.
  • Formulate Reports and Recommendations: Translate data findings into clear reports and provide well-informed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Offer in-depth analysis of competitors' strategies, pricing models, and promotional efforts in the market.
  • Stay Informed: Keep updated on market trends, research, and best practices to ensure our market strategies are cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years as a Market Research Analyst.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in statistical packages, SAAS databases, MS Office, search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
  • Research Methodology: Familiar with various data collection methods such as polls, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Healthcare Market Knowledge: Previous experience in healthcare B2B markets is advantageous.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess data and market trends accurately.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
