How to contribute to our vision


For our Platform team in Technology, we are looking for a Fleet Coordinator who would be responsible for coordinating the activities related to implementation of approved change requests in the product and support in ensuring smooth manufacturing/assembly of wind turbines.


Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute significantly to reduce technology related nonconformance costs
  • Maintain details and overview of all changes implemented in the parts/assemblies of direct drive turbines to be received from suppliers, and cross functional teams within SGRE
  • Coordinate with product owners, designers, and suppliers to ensure parts/assemblies are supplied in line with latest designs and ensure to meet the production schedules and quality requirements
  • Provide regular status of revised parts/assemblies readiness status, challenges, and action plans
  • Active participation in the department, sparring with colleagues, ensuring information flow and flagging of issues, contributing to the team and department goals

Acquired education and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Around 5 years of experience in managing or executing engineering changes in product design
  • Hands on experience in working with suppliers to ensure parts/assemblies are supplied to the correct quality inline with latest design releases
  • Experience working in a fastpaced project environment
  • Experience in mechanical design is a plus
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across globe
  • You have experience in handling administrative tasks, reporting and communicating with other stakeholders
  • You are an advanced Microsoft Office user including Excel, Word, Power point, Visio.
  • Experience with Teamcenter or other PLM tool is an advantage, but not a requirement
