Job Responsibilities -

  • Data Management: Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of "" services or campaigns.
  • Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future followup
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track and reflect metrics.
  • Maintain regular checkins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales
  • Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problemsolving.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Churning of old companies/contacts and adding new companies/contacts on a daily basis.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
  • Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting
  • Updation of the leads/Opportunities in the Partner Portals of AWS /Hubspot.

Requirements-

  • Proven sales experience (Cloud Only )
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- should have good technical knowledge on Cloud
