Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cloud Consultant with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on cloud solutions. This role combines basic cloud understanding and sales acumen to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and closing deals. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
  2. Inside Sales: Engage with potential customers through various channels such as phone, email, and social media to generate leads. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  3. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored cloud solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to articulate the value of cloud services to potential clients.
  4. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities. Provide insights on market demands, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a techno-sales role, preferably in cloud services or IT solutions.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
