Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at ShopSe Digital Finance located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback, and resolving customer escalations. The role also involves effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners, as well as continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and identify improvement areas
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer escalations
  • Prior experience in a customer service management role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Prior Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling a team of 10-20 CSEs
  • Experience in fintech/Financial Services / NBFC/ backend operations/Contact Centre
