The Role

Join us as a Campus Recruiter and leverage your skills to attract and recruit early-career talents with a keen focus on diversity. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid)

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, managing interviews, nurturing candidate relationships, extending offers, and finalizing hires.
  • Develop and implement targeted campus recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent while meeting hiring objectives through initiatives like career fairs, info sessions, and collaborations with student organizations.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with key personnel at designated schools, including placement coordinators.
  • Enhance BNY Mellon's brand presence on campus as a preferred employer.
  • Be prepared to travel during peak recruitment cycles.

What it takes

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of several years of experience in campus recruiting, corporate recruiting, career services/admissions, or a relevant HR capacity.
  • Demonstrate strong consultative, influential, and collaborative abilities.
  • Showcase a results-driven approach to tasks.
  • Possess stellar time management and organizational proficiencies.
  • Be a proven team player with exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal acumen.
