Responsibilities:

  • Be a single point of contact for the organization for coordination with CRM vendor and managing the CRM admin.
  • Managing automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor.
  • Act as a link between the Sales, Call Centre and Marketing teams for the smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns.
  • Develop Tracking to improve conversion ratio.
  • Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as
  • Experience in Data Analytics.
  • SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be highly detailoriented and have the ability to effectively multitask

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
