What are we looking for you to do?

l Provide comprehensive support to Campaign Managers by assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of promotional initiatives.

l Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute strategies effectively, leveraging tools such as Braze (CRM), Segment (CDP), and Contentful (CMS) to drive engagement and achieve campaign objectives.

l Serve as the promotions executor, working across platforms like Braze, Segment, and Contentful to create, deploy, and monitor promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

l Demonstrate expertise in our Loyalty Management System (LMS) and its integration with Braze, providing valuable insights and support to optimize promotional activities and enhance customer experiences.

l Offer assistance to internal development teams by facilitating the delivery of promotion-related features, collaborating on testing and implementation, and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

l Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end journey for promotions, from concept development and audience segmentation to campaign launch, performance analysis, and optimization.

l Create comprehensive How-to-Guides and documentation for new functionalities or enhancements in the Loyalty Management System, empowering team members with the knowledge and resources to effectively leverage the platform.

l Conduct thorough investigations into promotional incidents or issues, working proactively to identify root causes, implement corrective measures, and prevent future occurrences, maintaining a high standard of campaign integrity and performance.

l Build and execute prototype campaigns to validate new configurations or features in the Loyalty Management System, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on improvements, and drive innovation in promotional strategies.

l Experience of campaign management workflow: briefing to execution

l Experience of campaign execution and the handling of assets

l Strong communication skills - verbal and written

l Ability to converse with multiple stakeholders from different countries/times-zones

l CRM platform experience

l Keen to learn, experiment and share learning with others.
