Roles and Responsibilities

As a strategic position within the HR function, he/she will be responsible for leading the HRBP teams across the country and the Corporate Recruitment team; and driving key HR initiatives. Work in close sync with Business verticals, understand the business requirements and work towards optimal planning and scheduling of HR deliverables. Responsible for working in close coordination with the Business and Leadership to achieve business delivery targets. Key Ownership in implementation of Corporate / Business and Regional HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to Company policies / practices. Lead Talent Acquisition based on approved budgets and job specification, and complete on-boarding process within set TAT. Responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employees working with the company. Talent management with innovative engagement strategies to focus on reducing attrition through effective employee engagement. Assist leadership to ensure effective roll-out of all organization wide HR initiatives. Will be the single point of contact for employees and managers for people related dimensions. Using the inference from the data / trend to develop 'best in class' HR initiatives and help maintain our position as 'Best Workplace' in the BFSI sector. Participate in HR reviews and share best practice at a functional level. Champion various HR process interventions in Performance Effectiveness Program, Rewards and Recognition and Employee development / engagement initiatives. Implement all HR Procedures and ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR deliverables. Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting internal employee communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations. Monthly Attrition analysis, action planning to track and arrest undesirable attrition Designing & Implementing of Talent Frameworks, roll out talent programs, implementing industry best practices. Leads the Talent Assessment & deployment process for mid-senior level leaders through processes. Works on ensuring that the information flow between the various talent & performance processes is meaningful, aligned & timely - PMS, Succession planning etc. Owns the update & review of the succession planning module information for the eligible population. Work on actionables arising from the succession planning exercise. Work and own the employee communication plan for the organization. Brings in intelligence on newer & more effective forms of employee communication and employee connect.
