Comprehensive scrutiny of both internal and external talent pools, strict evaluation against set criteria as well as consideration of cultural fitment and values alignment

Requisite Qualification –

Graduate with a master's in business administration (MBA). Graduation from a well-known institute

Experience required – 20+ years. Experience of working in a manufacturing business and/or a projects organization in leadership hiring.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success as Head of Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, global environment.
