Job Description

Team

Join our ITAM Content Management team dedicated to providing customers worldwide with a unified platform to manage their IT assets efficiently. We are seeking individuals to build and manage a critical content service essential for our IT Asset Management solution.

Role

You will play a key role in enhancing the content services for our ITAM product, enabling customers to manage their IT assets effectively and ensure compliance.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Research various Hardware Vendors, products, and models to create a comprehensive content library for our ITAM normalization service.
  • Engage with major publishers/manufacturers to understand licensing models and product information.
  • Transform discovery data into actionable information for asset reconciliation and management.
  • Mentor a team of data analysts in market research and normalization of IT hardware information.
  • Design and implement systems to keep content data up-to-date.
  • Provide technical solutions for managing content data challenges.
  • Develop processes and controls for maintaining and publishing content.
  • Create and maintain ITAM documentation.
  • Support customer issue resolutions.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of hardware end user devices, data centre devices, and network devices.
  • Understanding of hardware products, models, and lifecycles.
  • Working knowledge of CMDB & ITAM tools.
  • Experience in implementing CMDB stand-up projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about researching and providing solutions.
