Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a database of potential customers and ensure regular followup to keep them engaged.
  • Explain the features and benefits of the projects to potential customers and answer any queries they may have.
  • Book site visits for potential customers and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient leadtosales conversion process.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends and regulations.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools preferred.

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
