Lead - Marketing Operations & Field Marketing
Role Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team and take charge of our Marketing Operations and Field Marketing Events.
- If you are passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and love the thrill of organizing successful events, we want to hear from Marketing Events & Webinar:
- Plan, execute, and manage high-impact field marketing events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event support to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize and manage engaging webinars that align with our marketing goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling webinar content.
- Promote webinars through various channels to drive registration and attendance.
- Track and report on webinar metrics, leveraging insights to optimize future events.
Marketing Operations:
- Utilize HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign creation, lead management.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, chatbots, and forms.
- Automate marketing workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track marketing campaigns performance.
- Integrate HubSpot with other MarTech tools to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness and sales pipeline.
- Manage lead reporting, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue data within Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in marketing operations and field marketing events.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible to work with teams based in India and the United States
- Proactive and selfstarter leading key initiatives.
