Operations and Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations and Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize our service delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of virtual assistant and digital marketing services.


Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management:

  • Oversee the endtoend service delivery process, ensuring highquality and timely delivery of virtual assistant and digital marketing services.
  • Develop and implement service delivery standards, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and address any performance issues promptly.

Operations Management:

  • Manage daytoday operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of virtual assistants and digital marketing professionals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure longterm satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews to assess service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations and service delivery management, preferably in the virtual assistant or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage clients effectively.
