Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee our L1 Support team with a strong technical background in Java and.
NET technologies.The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development methodologies, and a proven track record of managing successful delivery of projects within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java and.
NET development.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and ITIL practices.
PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven mini.
12 years experience as an IT Services Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the travel industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of IT services and technologies, with a focus on areas such as infrastructure management, application development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex IT projects within budget and on schedule.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage client relationships.
Proficiency in IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies, with certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) being a plus.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the unique IT challenges and requirements within the travel industry, including reservation systems, booking platforms, data privacy, and compliance.
Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities.
